Blue & You Mini Grants

The Blue & You Mini Grants program offers financial support ranging from $1,000 to $2,000. These grants are designed to support food pantries and enable nonprofits to apply for emergency response equipment such as Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), Narcan, stop the bleed kits, and child passenger safety tools. Additionally, the grants are available to schools, colleges, and universities for health initiatives that will positively impact students. Applicants are restricted to applying for one category only. The program operates on a rolling basis, evaluating applications based on the need and quality of requests. In 2023, the program awarded 209 mini grants totaling over $385,200 to community-based organizations across the state.
