Applications may be submitted by any for-profit or non-profit entity, public agency, or group of individuals including public and private agencies such as museums and galleries, historical societies, art groups, and tourism advocate groups. The Town does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, age, disability, or other protected status. Eligible proposals must promote or facilitate tourism within the town of Friday Harbor. Projects must increase tourism in 2025 and be able to obtain appropriate event permitting and business licensing if required.
