The application cycle for 2025 begins with the LOI deadline on February 5, 2025, followed by full applications (if invited) due by March 5, 2025. Site visits occur in April, and final funding decisions are announced in June. Applicants must submit proposals through the online grant portal, including project descriptions, budgets, organizational overviews, and financial details.
