The AT&T Small Business Contest (She’s Connected by AT&T) is a contest/prize program offered by AT&T Services, Inc., designed to support small businesses in the United States. The contest provides financial awards, promotional opportunities, AT&T services, and mentorship to help growing small businesses elevate their brand and visibility, particularly through alignment with AT&T’s “Connecting Changes Everything” purpose.
The contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are the sole or majority owners of a small business located in that area. The business must have fifty (50) or fewer full‑ or part‑time employees. Entrants must be of the age of majority (i.e. 18 years or older in most jurisdictions) and must comply with AT&T’s rules, including no purchase requirement to enter.
One Grand Prize winner will receive $50,000 in cash towards their small business, one full year of AT&T service with a new device (phone or tablet), involvement in feature content alongside #ShesConnected talent (with paid media support), and mentorship from either a prior She’s Connected participant or AT&T staff. Four runner‑ups will receive $5,000 each in cash. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is about $75,000. One Grand Prize’s ARV is about $55,000 due to the added device/service etc.
The contest entry period begins on June 9, 2025 at ~12:01 am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and ends on September 30, 2025 at ~11:59 pm EDT. Finalists will be selected via a first panel of marketing industry judges, followed by a second panel of industry executives. Judging criteria include alignment with AT&T’s “Connecting Changes Everything,” strength of business story and purpose, and community impact. Judging is expected to be completed on or around November 30, 2025, and winners (grand prize and runners‑up) will be notified by December 1, 2025.
Entry requires submitting essays (for own‑business entries) or nomination (if nominating another small business), plus supporting information (business registration, ownership, employee count, etc.). Entrants must agree to AT&T’s Official Rules, privacy policy, and grant certain rights/permissions for public use of their submitted materials. There is no matching requirement.
