The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is offering the Rural Hospital Financial Stabilization Grant to provide financial support to rural hospitals in Texas to help them transition to long-term financial solvency and sustainability. Eligible applicants include hospitals classified as rural, licensed by HHSC for 25 or fewer beds, and able to demonstrate financial need as per the specified tiers.
