The grant program includes two tracks: a Standard RTP Track for general trail maintenance and development, and a Flood Recovery Track for trail repair projects addressing 2024 flood damage. Eligible projects include trail maintenance, new trail construction, trailhead facilities, educational initiatives, and land acquisition for trails. Projects in the Flood Recovery Track must focus on flood-related trail repairs and be completed by January 31, 2025, while Standard RTP projects must be completed between July 14, 2025, and December 31, 2026.
