Law Enforcement Grants

The Law Enforcement Grants, part of the Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) Recreation Fund, provide up to $100,000 per project to support OHV-specific law enforcement efforts. Eligible expenses include OHV equipment, personal protective equipment, and communication tools like cameras and radios. This grant program is open to federal, state, county, local, and tribal law enforcement agencies, focusing on enhancing safety and compliance within OHV recreation areas. Projects related to search and rescue, narcotics, and border patrol are excluded from this grant program.
