4imprint’s one by one® grant program supports organizations making a meaningful difference in their communities. As a company recognized for its commitment to social responsibility and community engagement, 4imprint provides product donations to qualifying nonprofits, schools, religious institutions, and registered Canadian charities. The goal of the program is to enhance the impact of community-focused initiatives by offering resources that can help promote events, raise awareness, or support service delivery. Applicants are encouraged to share how they are making a difference through their events or programs. Each application is reviewed based on several merit-based and contextual criteria. Key considerations include the geographic location of the organization, the diversity and inclusiveness of its programming, the overall merit of its mission or cause, and the population or community it serves. The program seeks to ensure equitable distribution of support across different sectors and community needs. To be eligible, applicants must be either employed by or serve on the Board of Directors of a qualifying entity: a 501(c)(3) organization, school, religious organization, or registered Canadian charity. Applicants must also be at least 18 years old. Grants are awarded as product donations and each organization may receive this support only once every 12 months. The application process is streamlined via an online form that must be submitted at least two months before the event for which support is being requested. No separate pre-application is required, and awards are made based on a straightforward review of submitted materials. 4imprint emphasizes the importance of shared values, stating that recipients must support the organization’s non-discrimination policy. This includes commitments to equality across gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, and national origin. This ensures that supported organizations reflect the inclusive and equitable principles that 4imprint upholds. Though there is no indication of a recurring calendar deadline, applications are reviewed on a rolling basis provided they are submitted at least two months prior to the event date.
