ArFB Foundation Grants

The Arkansas Farm Bureau Foundation, known as the ArFB Foundation, is a private organization dedicated to advancing understanding of agricultural and rural issues across the state of Arkansas. Its mission is to support the agriculture sector and rural communities through financial assistance for education, research, litigation, and disaster relief. The Foundation’s General Funding Request Program serves as a flexible funding mechanism for events, sponsorships, and donations that align with its mission. The General Funding Request Program focuses on initiatives that advance Arkansas’s agricultural industry, improve quality of life for rural communities, and benefit Arkansans. Applications that demonstrate statewide impact are especially encouraged. The Foundation is particularly interested in projects relevant to its mission, which includes fostering education, supporting research, addressing legal challenges, and aiding recovery efforts in times of crisis. Funding is awarded for eligible requests that clearly contribute to agricultural advancement or rural community development. There is no fixed award ceiling or floor stated, and funding availability is subject to the Foundation’s resources in a given year. The program accepts applications from a wide range of applicants, but all must show a clear connection between their proposed project and the Foundation’s mission. The application process for the 2025 cycle begins on August 1, 2025, and closes on August 31, 2025. Applicants will be notified of award decisions by October 1, 2025.
