The theory of change behind the Safe Oklahoma Grant Program is that by providing targeted financial resources to local law enforcement, these agencies can implement specific, data-driven strategies and foster community partnerships that will effectively deter and reduce violent crime, ultimately leading to safer communities across Oklahoma.
