With this solicitation, BJA seeks a training and technical assistance (TTA) provider to help jurisdictions prevent and reduce overdose deaths as part of the Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Program (COSSUP). COSSUP provides funding and TTA to state, local, and tribal governments to develop, implement, or expand comprehensive programs in response to the overdose crisis and impacts of illicit opioids, stimulants, or other substances. This COSSUP Overdose Fatality Review (OFR) TTA Program provides training and supports collaborations that prevent and reduce overdose deaths.
