Project proposals must be submitted in the name of one BOLD member who will be responsible for receiving funds and maintaining oversight of those funds. However, that applicant may apply with one or more additional BOLD members and the project may be implemented in partnership with other BOLD network members, organizations, government authorities, or educational institutions.
