Colorado Opportunity Zone Benefits Grants

This funding opportunity supports small nonprofit organizations in Colorado with budgets of $1 million or less that are addressing urgent needs for older adults, particularly in the areas of combating ageism, promoting digital equity, and facilitating aging in place, while prioritizing equity for marginalized communities.

The Opportunity Zone Mini Grant Program for Colorado offers up to $2,000 to support communities in accessing professional services. Eligible service categories include legal assistance, accounting, financial services, investment banking, economic development and planning, investment facilitation, measurement and evaluation, community engagement and input, marketing and design, as well as other miscellaneous services. Communities are responsible for selecting the vendor and setting the service agreement for the project.
