Eligibility Criteria Applicants must:  Be a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation, or a unit of local government (counties, cities, boroughs, townships, and municipal authorities). Pre-K -12 public, private and parochial schools including all charter schools are NOT eligible. (K-12 schools should contact the Arts in Education Program of the PCA for other opportunities).  Be located in Pennsylvania, except for nonprofit, tax-exempt corporations acting as a fiscal sponsor on behalf of an unincorporated group or not-for-profit limited liability company (LLC) that is located in Pennsylvania.  Be registered with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Corporations, except for local governments and fiscal sponsors.  Have a history of at least TWO years of consistent arts programming in Pennsylvania. Have an annual average arts revenue of $10,000 to $200,000. An applicants revenue size by a two-year average is demonstrated by:  Arts Organization: most recent form 990 of the U.S. Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service  Arts Program of Non-Arts Organization or whose 990 is a postcard: applicant’s board/committee approved, arts-specific program financial statement from the most recently completed TWO fiscal years.  The program financial statement must detail program revenue, including contributed and earned income and income realized from investments, as applicable, and expenses. The Statewide Creative Catalyst Grants are designed to support new initiatives that enhance the cultural, educational, or economic vitality of Pennsylvania's communities through the arts. This grant program is intended to increase the operating capacity of small businesses owned by minorities, women, and people with disabilities through education and job training, empowerment and professional development, and enhancements to business operations – 3E’s. Eligibility Criteria The City’s ARPA grant programs are designed to support residents, organizations, programs, and activities that benefit City of York residents and community. Per the Final Rule, the U.S. Treasury recognizes small businesses located within a Qualified Census Tract (QCT) area as disproportionately impacted and eligible to receive funding for this program. Qualifying expenses must be related to the following: Education (classes, certificates, training), Empowerment (retreats, workshops, coaching), and Enhancement (new software, products, equipment) for business owners and/or their employees to promote business growth and stability. The City of York is required by law to obtain the following information from all grant program applicants. This information is used by the City to determine the eligibility of the applicant under US Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD) guidelines. This program provides funding to local and state entities for environmentally friendly road maintenance projects that reduce pollution from dirt, gravel, and low volume roads.

The Infrastructure Grants, part of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture's Resilient Food Systems Infrastructure Program, aim to enhance the middle of the food supply chain through improved aggregation points, food processing infrastructure, and storage facilities. This grant supports projects that upgrade equipment, facilitate transition to licensed spaces, and expand storage capacities to boost local food production. Priority is given to projects that benefit underserved and veteran farmers, and socially disadvantaged individuals. The ARLE Transportation Enhancements Grant Program, administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), funds safety and mobility projects using revenue from automated red light and speed enforcement systems. Established in 2010, ARLE aims to reduce vehicle crashes and improve safety at signalized intersections by utilizing fines collected through enforcement systems. Eligible projects include roadway safety upgrades, bicycle and pedestrian improvements, traffic signal improvements, and other transportation enhancements. The program is reimbursement-based with no match requirement, and the total anticipated funding for FY 2024-2025 is approximately $32 million.

The Appalachian Regional Energy Hub Initiative aims to strengthen regional economies by investing in energy resilience through research and planning grants, and implementation grants. The initiative focuses on establishing a regional energy hub for natural gas and natural gas liquids, including hydrogen production. Eligible applicants include local development districts, Indian Tribes, states, counties, cities, and higher education institutions, among others. The total funding available is $5 million, with a grant proposal due by July 24, 2024.

The Pennsylvania HOME-American Rescue Plan Supportive Services (HOME-ARP SS) funds can provide a broad range of supportive services to individuals and families that meet one of the qualifying populations as defined in Notice CPD-21-10: Requirements for the Use of Funds in the HOME-American Rescue Plan Program. Supportive services may be provided to individuals and families who are not already receiving the services outlined in the Notice through another program. The 2024 Parks, Fields, Trails Grant, funded by the Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority, offers $10,000 to $100,000 for capital projects that improve public parks, athletic fields, and trails in Erie County, Pennsylvania, aiming to promote healthy lifestyles, enhance local tourism, and rejuvenate neighborhoods, with a focus on projects that provide social, educational, cultural, health, recreation, and/or economic benefits to residents.

This program provides funding to support the establishment and operation of specialized court systems in Pennsylvania that focus on reducing impaired driving through judicial training and dedicated probation officers.

This program provides funding to expand high-speed internet access across Pennsylvania, targeting underserved communities and ensuring equitable broadband deployment.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service will support projects in the Great Lakes basin that implement the following strategic, priority actions: Mitigate Invasive Forest Insect and Disease ImpactsImplement targeted reforestation and forest protection actions to minimize invasive forest insect and disease impacts on watersheds. Reduce Runoff through Green Infrastructure Capture or treat stormwater runoff by planting trees and other vegetation as an integral component of green infrastructure. Restore and Connect Coastal and Riparian Forest Habitats Protect, restore, and enhance high-quality coastal zone and connecting riparian ecosystems where trees are an important component. The minimum and maximum Federal funding requests vary depending on program area, with an overall range of $50,000 to $300,000.
