v3.1 Release Notes: Saved Grant Alerts & Source Requests
GrantExec continues its steady march toward a more intuitive, responsive, and complete grant-seeking experience. This week’s updates focus on two simple but powerful enhancements designed to save you time, reduce uncertainty, and keep your pipeline moving.
What's New and Improved on GrantExec
We’re always working to make your grant-seeking workflow smoother, faster, and more efficient. Here’s what’s new in your GrantExec platform this week:
New: Grant Information Update Emails
Never miss an important update to a grant you’re tracking.
You can now opt into email alerts when any of your Saved Grants receive new or updated information such as:
Deadline changes
Open or early engagement status updates
Eligibility adjustments
New guidance or clarifications
How to opt in:
Visit your Notification Preferences and toggle on “Saved Grant Updated” notifications.
Early adopters can begin using this today.
Starting December 1, this notification will be enabled by default for all users.
New: Request a Grant or Source
Can’t find a grant in our database? Now you can request it directly via our help menu in the bottom right corner. Open the menu and select “Request a Grant or Source Addition”
Submit the title and URL of the missing opportunity, and our team will:
Review it
Add it to the database as soon as possible
Notify you when it becomes available
Once added, simply search again and you’ll see it live on the platform.
Our goal is to continually make the platform more proactive, more responsive, and more aligned with how grantseekers actually work.
