These grants will be awarded to eligible organizations that provide employment-based resources and tools, to help these Veterans and spouses overcome employment and financial challenges. In accordance with P.L. 116-315, 4304, VA seeks to award grants to organizations that provide multiple forms of the following services: resume assistance, interview training, job recruitment training, and related services, or are located in states with a high rate of unemployment among Veterans, a high rate of usage of unemployment benefits for recently separated members of the Armed Forces, or a labor force or economy that has been significantly impacted by a covered public health emergency.
