These grants support 501(c)(3) organizations in preserving Texas history. Eligible projects include historic property preservation, events promoting state history, preservation of artifacts or archival materials, Texas history education, museum programming, publications on Texas history, archeology, and cultural heritage. Grants are awarded quarterly for up to $5,000 (micro-grants) and annually for up to $25,000. Harold Burton Foundation honors the legacy of Robert Harold and Maybelle Covey Burton by supporting education, science, literacy, and health and human services projects in the greater Salt Lake metropolitan area. Reflecting the Burtons' interests, the foundation awards grants to tax-exempt organizations primarily located in this region, aiming to enhance the community's capacity for positive impact. Grant applications are reviewed twice yearly, with submission deadlines on February 15 for spring and August 15 for fall. Eligible organizations must demonstrate a charitable or educational purpose and hold a 501(c)(3) status.

Established in 2012, the Cresap Family Foundation aims to improve the quality of life in Oklahoma and beyond, focusing on youth and families, health and wellness, education, arts and humanities, and animal welfare. With over $13 million in donations, funding preference will be given to organizations in those counties where Premium Beers operated, including, and without limitation, Oklahoma Canadian, Grady, Cleveland, Logan, Pottawatomie, Lincoln and the following counties on Northeast Oklahoma: Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Nowata, Osage, Ottawa and Washington. This is a strong preference but is not mandatory. The Gateway Foundation is offering grant opportunities for non-profit arts organizations based in and operating throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. They also support lighting and parks projects that contribute to the cultural fabric of the area, as well as sculpture loans that make pieces accessible to residents within and between St. Louis Metropolitan neighborhoods. The foundation does not fund endowment funds, capital campaigns, promotional projects, general operations, travel or conferences, fundraising events or advertising, purchase of office equipment, or social service programming. To be eligible for funding, organizations must have tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, be headquartered and provide services within the Greater St. Louis Community, and maintain a focus on arts and culture. The foundation does not make grants to individuals or for-profit businesses, organizations or projects outside of the St. Louis Metropolitan Area, or organizations that discriminate on the basis of certain characteristics. The State-funded Historic Preservation Grant Program, managed by the Division for Historic Preservation, provides financial assistance to municipalities and non-profit organizations in Vermont for the rehabilitation of historic buildings located in downtowns, villages, and rural communities. The program offers competitive 50/50 matching grants of up to $20,000 for the repair and restoration of historic features in buildings such as town halls, museums, theaters, libraries, and recreation centers. Eligible applicants include non-profit organizations and municipalities that own properties in Vermont that are at least 50 years old and listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. The grants are reimbursement-based, requiring recipients to cover the full project costs upfront, with the State reimbursing them upon project completion and submission of required paperwork.
