Due to PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and conflict victims, PRM will only consider those programs that target at least 50 percent of their participants as refugees and other populations of concern. Proposals must align with Humanitarian Protection and Assistance. Proposals must focus on the Education (Chad) or Health (Nigeria) programmatic sectors.
