The mission of the Hotel Occupancy Tax Grant Program is to provide funding to directly enhance and promote tourism and the convention and hotel industry in Kemah. Applications for a HOT sponsorship must be able to pass a two-part test to be eligible for funding.  The first part is the ‘heads in beds’ test.
