Private property owner or for-profit entity may be eligible if the applicant does the following: leases or provides space for no fee or at a substantially reduced rate to meet the needs of a nonprofit organization or community group (it is strongly encouraged to apply in partnership with the non-profit organization); and provides or proposes to provide a significant community benefit that adds to the livability for area residents. If awarded, applicant must produce documentation that grant funds will be used only for improvements to space occupied by a nonprofit or directly related to providing a community benefit, and benefits will be ongoing for a minimum of three years. City of Centennial Neighborhood Engagement Grant provides small monetary grants of up to $500 per event to residents, HOAs, and community organizations in Centennial, Colorado. The Town of Jupiter is offering a Matching Grant Program for homeowner associations and neighborhood groups in 2022. Eligible applicants must be located in the Town of Jupiter and propose projects that enhance the external appearance or safety/security of their community. Please note: These criteria only determine the eligibility of organizations to apply for funding and do not guarantee applicants will be recommended or receive funding.  Applying organizations must meet ONE of the following:  Be a cultural/art-focused organization that provides arts/cultural programming for community benefit as part of the organization’s primary mission, OR  Be a college, university, or other non-profit that is seeking to provide arts/cultural programming as part of its overall services to the community (50% or more of audience/participants may not be students/faculty), OR  Be a new or emerging organization with a documented history of previous community programs/events (reviews, articles, photos, videos, etc.), articles of incorporation, and proof of determination of tax-exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
