Governor Katie Hobb’s Office of Youth, Faith and Family (GOYFF) issues this Request for  Grant Application (RFGA) Solicitation concerning the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency  Prevention (JJDP) Title II Formula Grant Program per A.R.S. §41-2701.
