The Philip S. Miller Resource Grant Program (PSMRGP) is funded by the Philip S. Miller Trust Fund and aims to support social and human services in Castle Rock. The Town has budgeted $45,000 for up to five organizations this year. To be eligible, organizations must be approved and operating for a minimum of five years under either 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(19) of the Internal Revenue Code.
