Project Guidelines Eligible work is limited to exterior improvements to common areas, entrances, and buildings in single-family residential neighborhoods and multi-family residential properties within the limits of the City of Powder Springs. Priority will be given to projects that are highly visible to the public, contribute to improving the appearance of the community and promote the historic and/or unique character of the area. Project examples would include, but are not limited to, installing neighborhood identification. The CIG Program is a competitive pass-through subgrant program made possible by a grant to Georgia DNR from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) through Congressional funding pursuant to the Coastal Zone Management Act.
