Eligibility Requirements  Proposals for funding will be accepted from NYS Soil and Water Conservation Districts (Districts). Proposals may be for multiple projects and/or on multiple farm operations but must be for one Track only. The purpose of this notice is to solicit applications for the Innovative Finance and Asset Concession Grant Program (IFACGP or the Program).
