Important information contained in the APS announcement is not necessarily repeated in this specific Addendum. This activity is authorized under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. Through this Addendum #1 to APS No. 72068524APS00003, USAID/Senegal/SRO is requesting the submission of concept papers focused on Strengthening Information Integrity and Resilience (IIR) in the Sahel.
