The FY 2025-2026 MPDG program, under the Department of Transportation’s Office of the Secretary, offers three separate grant programs: the National Infrastructure Project Assistance grants program (Mega), the Nationally Significant Multimodal Freight and Highway Projects grants program (INFRA), and the Rural Surface Transportation Grant program (Rural). Activities that are too complex should be avoided.

The purpose of this notice is to solicit applications for the Innovative Finance and Asset Concession Grant Program (IFACGP or the Program). The 2024 States’ Economic Development Assistance Program (SEDAP), announced by the Delta Regional Authority (DRA), seeks applications for grants to target federal resources toward communities in the Mississippi River Delta and Alabama Black Belt regions. The planned award under this NOFO is a follow-on to cooperative agreement 693JJ32050001 with NAS. The CDLPI grant provides federal funding to State Driver Licensing Agencies, local governments, nonprofits, educational institutions, and other eligible organizations to implement projects that improve the administration, enforcement, data quality, and compliance of the commercial driver’s license program—including system upgrades, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, testing improvements, and initiatives supporting the safe and timely licensing of qualified commercial drivers in line with FMCSA requirements.

This grant provides funding exclusively to the Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission for the construction of a classification yard and intermodal switch lead to enhance rail operations and connectivity at the Port Bienville Industrial Park in Mississippi.
