It is the policy of the State to enhance the development of all eligible infants and toddlers to minimize developmental delays and maximize individual potential for adult independence. It is the need of the State to implement, on a statewide basis, locally based, comprehensive, coordinated, multidisciplinary, interagency, Early Intervention (EI) services for all eligible infants and toddlers. The EI Program is a statewide program for the evaluation and assessment of infants and toddlers ages birth to three, as well as the provision of services for those who have a qualifying disability or diagnosis, a 30 percent delay in development in one or more of the five developmental domains, or who are at risk of developmental delays. Children and families access EI services through one of 25 Child and Family Connections (CFC) offices. This Notification of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) issued by the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS), Division of Family and Community Services, Bureau of EI, seeks agencies located within Illinois to serve as the CFC offices for designated geographic areas. (See chart in Appendix I to identify the area served by each CFC office.) CFC offices are the regional intake entities defined in state statute (325 ILCS 20) and rule (89 IL Admin. Code 500) as IDHS’s designated entity responsible for implementation of the EI Program within its designated geographic area. IDHS is required to assure the designation of regional points of entry to accomplish consistent and equitable intake and service coordination throughout the State, with services defined in Section A.2. Separate proposals for each geographical intake region must be submitted for those agencies submitting for more than one geographical intake region.

The Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP), managed by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), provides funding for small-scale transportation projects that support active transportation users, including walkers and bicyclists. The program also funds historic preservation, vegetation management, and environmental mitigation transportation projects. Eligible applicants must be sponsored by a member entity of the Tri-County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), and other governmental entities within the MPO planning area must have co-sponsorship. Eligibility Criteria  Applicants shall meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the FY2025 African Community Grant: The organization is a CBO with a Federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status and is a licensed business with the District of Columbia’s Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP); The organization’s principal place of business must be located in the District of Columbia; if the business is a national or regional organization, then it must have a location in the District through which it provides services; The organization must provide direct services to District residents or collaborate with an organization that provides services to District residents; All services and programming funded by the grant must be provided within the District of Columbia; The organization must be currently registered and in good standing with the DLCP, and the Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR). The Texas Historic Courthouse Preservation Program (THCPP) aims to restore and preserve Texas courthouses, enhancing their historical and architectural significance. The Full Restoration Grant facilitates comprehensive projects, including the removal of non-historic alterations, reconstruction of period features, and compliance upgrades for safety, accessibility, and energy efficiency. Eligible courthouses must be at least 50 years old, have served or currently serve as a county courthouse, and have an approved master plan.

The Texas Historic Courthouse Preservation Program (THCPP) offers Emergency Grants to address urgent courthouse needs. The grants assist counties facing catastrophic events, unforeseen conditions threatening courthouse integrity, or damage due to deferred maintenance. Emergency Grants prioritize critical issues and funding availability, supporting courthouses and their occupants. For previously restored courthouses, remedial action is emphasized, with applicants expected to seek insurance claims or administrative remedies for construction defects. Any recovery through legal settlements can lead to grant recapture.

The Texas Historic Courthouse Preservation Program (THCPP) offers Planning Grants to counties for producing 95% complete construction plans and specifications for full courthouse restoration projects. The grant aims to restore courthouses to their historic period while also meeting current standards for safety, accessibility, and energy efficiency. Eligible counties can use these documents to apply for future restoration funding, gaining up to 10 additional points for being "shovel ready."Counties with approved plans are encouraged to apply for restoration funding in subsequent cycles, maximizing preservation efforts.

The Delaware Division of the Arts awards Arts Access Grants to support the presentation of performing, visual, literary, media, or folk arts in communities throughout Delaware. These grants aim to provide experiences of artistic merit, support arts programs in new venues, foster collaboration, reach underserved audiences, and promote the creation of new works and conservation of diverse cultural traditions.
