Highmark BCBSD BluePrints is seeking SMALL grant proposals for health related projects, programs and supportive services. BluePrints for the Community, administered by the Delaware Community Foundation, has contributed over $21 million to the community since its inception in 2007. Community based nonprofit organizations, community development organizations, and social service organizations, or other government entities, are eligible to apply. Preference is given to proposals that fit BluePrints for the Community priority areas, listed below: • Increasing access to health care for uninsured/underserved • Reducing health disparities in minority communities • Supporting early childhood and youth development with initiatives focused on health • Recruiting and training health care professionals • Addressing social determinants of health

Colorado's Film Education Grant Program offers schools the opportunity to produce an original documentary over the course of one semester. Students gain hands-on experience in filmmaking, television production, or game design, and also receive a working credit to enhance their potential for future industry jobs. The Colorado Office of Film, Television and Media collaborates with PBS12 and Rocky Mountain PBS to showcase the students' final projects on air.

This program provides financial support for agricultural and forestry businesses in Tennessee to develop value-added processing projects, including those in produce, dairy, meat, specialty foods, and aquaculture.

State Trade Expansion Program (STEP) Grant is available for small businesses in Colorado to support their international expansion efforts. The grant provides funding of up to $10,000 per year for activities such as attending trade shows, holding international business meetings, researching new markets, updating marketing materials for new markets, and compliance testing. Administered by the Global Business Development (GBD) division, this program is funded in part by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

The Historic Restoration Fund Grants (HRF) program by the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development provides financial support for maintaining and repairing non-profit and municipally owned buildings listed on the State or National Register of Historic Places. Businesses that invest a minimum of $500,000 in new facilities and create at least 10 new jobs paying $40,000 annually plus benefits may qualify for a variety of incentives.The Idaho Tax Commission oversees this incentive. Interested businesses should complete an 89SE tax form prior to filing taxes for the year in which credits are requested. This incentive does not have a formal application but simply requires the filing of tax documentation.

The Municipal Agriculture and Farmland Protection Planning Grants in New York aim to support local initiatives that sustain the economic viability of the state's agricultural industry and its supporting land base, while also preserving the environment and landscape values associated with agriculture. These grants are available to municipalities (cities, towns, and villages) for developing local farmland protection plans through zoning, land use, and subdivision regulations. Eligible municipalities can receive grants up to $25,000 or 75% of the cost for plan development, with a required local funding share of at least 20% in cash. Collaboration between two municipalities on an application is permitted. Additionally, any municipality without a previous agricultural and farmland protection plan is eligible for funding.

Nebraska Academic Research and Development Grants provide matching competitive grants for research and development activities in collaboration with a Nebraska college or university. The program focuses on commercializing new projects, improving existing products for better marketability, and enhancing processes to generate new revenue for Nebraska businesses. Phase I R&D awards are capped at $100,000, while Phase II awards are capped at $400,000. Businesses must match the grant amount with eligible funds. The project scope includes academic research and development activities conducted with a Nebraska college, university, or faculty member to develop new products and processes or modify existing ones. It can also be used for providing professional services as a State Service Organization or Local Arts Agency. Eligibility: - All applicants must be either a public entity or a Florida non-profit tax-exempt corporation by the application deadline. - Ongoing arts and cultural programs within larger multipurpose institutions are eligible with restrictions. - Arts in Education program support is available for organizations promoting excellence in arts education. - Discipline-based program support is available for cultural and artistic programming in various areas such as dance, literature, media arts (film, radio or television), museum, music, presenter, theatre, traditional arts and visual arts. - Local Arts Agency program support is available for designated Local Arts Agencies (LAAs) that support arts and culture organizations and artists through advocacy and disseminating information. LAAs must be officially designated in at least one Florida county to apply. - State Service Organization program support is available for non-profit organizations operating on a permanent basis and providing services in at least 40 Florida counties. A cultural facility is defined as a building used for the programming, production, presentation, and exhibition of various arts and cultural disciplines such as music, dance, theatre, creative writing, literature, architecture, painting, sculpture, folk arts, photography, crafts, media arts, visual arts, and museum programs. The Specialty Crop Assistance program, administered by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), provides assistance for eligible expenses related to COVID-19 that benefit the production and distribution of Florida specialty crops. Eligible expenses include Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and facility adjustments for worker and product safety. The program is open to specialty crop growers, processors, and distributors. Funding is provided through the Specialty Crop Block Grant Program, with a minimum reimbursement of $565.00 and a maximum reimbursement of $300,000.00 over the life of the project. The program has a total fund availability of $2,735,124.99, and applications will be processed on a first come first served basis until funds are depleted. The last day to apply for assistance is September 1, 2025. The TRIP provides assists cities and counties establish their first Parks and Recreation Department with a parks and recreation professional as the Director. The Tennessee Recreation Initiative Program (TRIP) provides grants to those cities and counties currently without a comprehensive parks and recreation delivery system in operation due to lack of staffing and organization. Marketing service to connect wood products consumers with Tennessee wood using industry’s primary & secondary producers, artisans & others in the supply chain to increase sales of locally produced & processed wood products. The goal of the Tennessee Wood Products brand is to increase visibility and enhance marketing opportunities for Tennessee’s wood products industry. A primary benefit of this program is to connect consumers of wood products to Tennessee producers and manufacturers through the use of a brand logo that signifies common values and attributes of Tennessee’s abundant, sustainable and quality forest resources, the talented and skilled human resources that service the industry, and the wide diversity of products produced and used in our everyday lives.

This program provides financial support to public, nonprofit, and private fleets in Tennessee to replace or upgrade their transit and shuttle buses with new alternative fuel or all-electric models.

TEAP provides state matching funds to directly support tire recycling, tire derived product use, tire reuse research and development, or processing facility improvements. In 2015, the Tennessee Automotive Association partnered with TDEC and the General Assembly to enact Public Chapter 525 that established the Tire Environmental Fund. Upon the first retail sale of a new motor vehicle that is to be titled and registered in Tennessee, a flat fee based on the number of the vehicle’s wheels is assessed. The fee goes into the Tire Environmental Fund which is used to fund projects creating or supporting beneficial end uses for waste tires.

Support for presenting touring performing artists and groups for events and festivals in communities across the state, including in rural counties. This grant category supports Tennessee presenters by providing grant funds up to $5,000 to offset the costs of professional artist fees for performing artists and groups that present to the public and offer an educational component with their engagement. Any eligible organization may apply for up to $3,000 of the agreed upon artist’s fees. If an organization or touring artist being presented meets one of the following criteria, the organization may request up to $5,000 of the agreed upon artist’s fees.

Opportunity for 147 nursing homes to receive training and equipment for therapeutic music program to improve quality of life and care. The Tennessee Person-Centered Music Program (TPCMP) has implemented individualized music as a tool for improving quality of life and healthy outcomes for residents in participating Tennessee nursing homes. Currently 25% of nursing homes throughout the state of Tennessee are offering the program, with over 500 residents participating The Program uses wireless headphones that are loaded with a personalized playlist customized to the preferences and/or needs of each resident TPCMP offers a non-pharmacological, low-cost alternative to medications and helps meet CMS guidelines by promoting the development of person-centered care decision-making

Grant Name: New Jersey Clean Construction Program Purpose: To reduce emissions of diesel particles and improve air quality by installing pollution control devices on or replacing qualifying non-road construction equipment. The program, consisting of the Off-Road Diesel Retrofit Grant and Off-Road Diesel Replacement Grant, is a collaborative effort between the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). This initiative aims to address the significant particulate pollution caused by diesel-powered engines in New Jersey, particularly in densely populated high traffic areas and urban centers. The program also includes funding for non-road diesel replacements, marine engine replacements, and on-road electrification projects.

Grants for Organizations: All applicants must be either a public entity or a Florida non-profit tax-exempt corporation as of the application deadline. There are various discipline-based program areas with their own eligibility requirements such as arts in education projects, artist residency projects, arts partnership projects, discipline-based projects (dance, literature, media arts, museum, music, presenter, theatre, traditional arts, visual arts), and underserved cultural community development projects. Grants for Artists: All applicants must be Florida-based artists who are not enrolled in a degree or certificate program. Artists applying as individuals must create a profile in the grant portal. There are different project types available for artists, including individual artist project grants and arts in education grants (artist performances on tour and teaching artist grants).

Designed to help provide safe and sound housing to households of low income, veterans, seniors, and homeowners with special needs through loans for repairs or improvements. To correct, repair, or replace an essential system and/or critical structural problem for low-income homeowners who are elderly (60+) or disabled. This is not a comprehensive home renovation program; the aim is to stabilize the homeowner's residence by making essential repairs to make the home more livable.
