Eligibility Criteria  The grant program is only open to small businesses and 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations located within the City of Hyattsville. For the purposes of this program, a small business is defined as a business with fewer than 50 employees; with at least $1,000 but not more than $5 million in annual revenues; that is independently owned and operated; and is not dominant in its field of operation.
