Grant Application Qualifications/Requirements 1. You are eligible for a grant if your organization: • Is located in Avery County, NC • Has been in operation for a minimum of 2 years 2. You are not eligible if your organization: • Needs funds for operation expenses only • Funds are used to promote political or religious beliefs • Funds be transfer to any other organization 3. You must be a non-profit organization and have a current copy of your IRS Tax Exemption letter that must be included with your application. 4. Grandfather Community Foundation accepts one grant application from an organization 5. The foundation expects that any funds awarded will be used solely for the purpose set forth in the application.
