These areas include expanding access to healthcare for those in need; preventing suicide; preventing or healing trauma; and cultivating healthy environments in underserved communities through efforts such as promoting physical activity, increasing access to healthy food, and providing affordable housing. Grant sizes vary significantly depending on the project's scope and budget. Multiyear grants are considered for new approaches to community needs but not for ongoing operations or capital requests. Eligibility: Eligible applicants include tax-exempt organizations (501(c)3), organizations operating under fiscal agency of a tax-exempt organization, and tax-supported entities like schools or local/state governments.
