The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for an applied learning project. The DRL Evaluation Innovation Fund is an initiative that integrating evidence into program design, implementation, and evaluation in foreign assistance.

The Rural Population Health Incubator Program, administered by the Office of Rural Health (ORH), aims to enhance community health in rural Oregon by offering grants that support population health and health equity initiatives. This program consolidates previous grant offerings into a singular initiative that provides larger grants and comprehensive support throughout the grant cycle. Key features of the program include a $10,000 grant, participation in a cohort of fellow grantees, and specialized support from ORH.
