The SCIP Advisory Board will inform and guide the state regarding gun violence reduction programs and initiatives, including specific strategies, priorities, budgets, and timelines for the grant award process and outlining the approaches in the State Crisis Intervention Program Plan. The SCIP Advisory Board is comprised of seven members, each representing one of the following areas: law enforcement, the community, the courts, prosecutors, behavioral health providers, victim service providers, and the legal profession. Priorities Related Court-based Programming. Referrals to Community-based Services for People in Crisis. Funding for Law Enforcement Crisis Intervention Programs or Initiatives. Funding Information There is approximately $1.7 million available for grant awards.
