The SCIP Advisory Board is comprised of seven members, each representing one of the following areas: law enforcement, the community, the courts, prosecutors, behavioral health providers, victim service providers, and the legal profession. Eligibility Criteria Units of state and local government; Tribes; and nonprofit, community, and faith-based organizations, including underserved and culturally specific populations. The Kansas Judicial Branch and/or any court in Kansas requesting the creation of a specific treatment court, enhancement, or expansion of an existing treatment court are eligible to apply.
