In awarding the contracts or grants, the Health Department shall prioritize Directly provided core public health services within the Hamilton County Health Department jurisdictional areas; Currently operational local health care providing entities including hospitals, clinics, physicians, pharmacies, and home health agencies; Evidence-based practices to achieving desired health outcomes, including the use of behavioral incentives; and Initiatives that contract collaboratively with proven outcome-based health improvement providers or services.
