The size of Street Café or Sidewalk Café to be used must be able to accommodate a 5-foot clear path to meet ADA requirements. The totality of all grant monies issued must be used for the sole purpose of outdoor dining enhancement of the space listed on application, including but not limited to, building structure construction, building infrastructure, expanding walkways, purchasing of furniture and coverings and necessary permit(s) costs.
