The initiative aims to support ongoing statewide collective impact efforts and implementation of three Veteran initiatives focused on ending Veteran homelessness, assisting with employment barriers, and providing a pathway to higher levels of care for Veterans. The grant will provide financial and technical assistance to support homeless Veterans in Maricopa County and throughout the state, as well as facilitate collaborations with new partners to serve Veterans in need.
